As our Butcher Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy the finest cuts of meat, prepared with expert care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities / 主要责任:
Meat Cutting Expertise: Perform basic meat cutting functions including trimming, deboning, portioning, and slicing to precise specifications.
肉类处理: 负责选择、采购和处理各种肉类,包括和牛等高品质肉类。这包括分割、切片、去骨等操作,确保食材的质量和新鲜度。
Inventory Control: Demonstrate effective inventory control and stock checking upon arrival to ensure freshness and availability of products.
烹饪技能: 拥有丰富的烹饪技能和经验,能够熟练地使用各种烹饪方法和技巧,如烤、煎、炖等,将肉类制作成美味的菜肴。
Record Maintenance: Maintain daily production and temperature records to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition, adhering to maintenance schedules.

Storage Management: Assist in the arrangement of goods according to their required storage conditions and temperatures.

Safety and Hygiene: Apply food production standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Customer Service: Weigh, label, and price a variety of cuts of meat for on-demand selections, providing efficient and satisfying service to customers.

Meat Knowledge: Preferably have experience as a butcher or be educated in meat preparation, with knowledge of different meat varieties.

Customer Interaction: Attend to customer queries and needs promptly in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner to achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Proficiency in English is mandatory (non-negotiable).

• Kemahiran berbahasa Inggeris adalah wajib (tidak boleh dirunding).
