About the Role

As a Bartender, you’ll craft high-quality drinks and ensure the bar runs smoothly, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
作为我们服务⼈员的⼀员，您将执⾏各种任务，以确保我们的餐厅顺利运营并让我们的客⼈享受出⾊的⽤餐体验。
Key Responsibilities / 主要责任:
- Drink Preparation: Craft a variety of beverages, including cocktails, sake, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring high quality and consistency in every drink served.
饮品调制：调制各类饮品，包括鸡尾酒、日本清酒及非酒精饮品，确保每一款饮品的质量与呈现符合高标准，并保持一致性。
- Bar Setup: Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar, manage inventory, and prepare garnishes and other bar essentials.
吧台准备：确保吧台库存充足、有序且随时待命，负责收货管理、补充库存及准备装饰物品。
- Customer Interaction: Provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
客户互动：提供个性化服务，推荐适合的饮品，与宾客友好互动，提升整体用餐体验。
- Payment Management: Process drink-related transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth payment process.
支付管理：准确并高效地处理与饮品相关的付款交易，确保支付流程顺畅。
- Daily Cleaning: Keep the bar area clean, adhering to hygiene and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment.
日常清洁：保持吧台区域整洁，并严格遵守卫生和安全标准，确保工作环境的清洁。
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless coordination between the bar and restaurant for efficient operations.
团队协作：与服务团队紧密合作，确保吧台与餐厅之间的流畅协调，保障高效运营。
Requirements
• Proficiency in English is mandatory (non-negotiable).
• Please note that the work environment is non-halal.
• 必须精通英语（不可协商）。

• Kemahiran berbahasa Inggeris adalah wajib (tidak boleh dirunding).
• Sila ambil maklum bahawa persekitaran kerja adalah tidak halal.
