Key Responsibilities / 主要责任:
- Operational Support: Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, equipment maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
协助餐厅日常运营管理,包括员工排班、设备维护和清洁等。
- Staff Support: Aid in the recruitment, training, and management of staff, contributing to enhanced team efficiency and service quality.
协助招聘、培训和管理员工,提升团队效率和服务质量。
- Financial Assistance: Support the financial management processes, including budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis, to ensure the restaurant’s financial stability.
协助财务管理,帮助进行预算、成本控制和利润分析。
- Customer Service Support: Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
协助处理顾客投诉,提升顾客满意度和忠诚度。
- Menu & Marketing Assistance: Contribute to menu management and promotional activities, helping enhance the restaurant’s competitiveness in the market.
协助菜单管理和市场推广活动,提升餐厅的竞争力。
- Food Safety, Supplier Collaboration, and Legal Compliance: Participate in maintaining food safety standards, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

- Additional Responsibilities: Take on tasks assigned by the management team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of restaurant management.
