As our Culinary Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy the finest cuts of meat, prepared with expert care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities / 主要责任:
Assist the Butcher Lead Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, including cooking staff meals, taking out the garbage and replacing garbage bags
协助主厨进行厨房运作,包括烹饪员工餐、处理垃圾并更换垃圾袋。

Ensure that daily mise en place is completed in a timely manner, that quality standards are met and ensure that food is prepared efficiently and accurately according to recipes

Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance, menu options, and service levels

Assist in rotating products using stickers and labels to prevent product damage and minimise losses
协助轮换产品,使用贴纸和标签防止产品损坏和减少损失。

Assist with inventory management, including counting and storing food items, ordering, and overseeing delivery of kitchen supplies
协助进行库存管理,包括计数和存放食品、订购以及监督厨房用品的交付。

Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed in the kitchen, including proper handling and storage of food, cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work surfaces, and adherence to health and safety guidelines

Monitor and maintain the kitchen equipment, reporting any defects for swift resolution

Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is mandatory (non-negotiable).

• 必须精通英语(不可协商)。

• Kemahiran berbahasa Inggeris adalah wajib (tidak boleh dirunding).

  • Precision and Skill: Demonstrated skill in meat cutting and preparation.

  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in maintaining equipment and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

  • Experience and Knowledge: Preferably experienced as a butcher with a deep understanding of various meats and their preparation.
