Your Role / 你的⻆⾊:
As a member of our Service Crew, you will perform a variety of tasks that ensure our restaurant operates smoothly and our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.
作为我们服务⼈员的⼀员,您将执⾏各种任务,以确保我们的餐厅顺利运营并让我们的客⼈享受出⾊的⽤餐体验。
Key Responsibilities / 主要责任:
- Customer Reception: Greet customers upon arrival, guide them to their seats, and provide menus.
接待顾客: 欢迎顾客来到餐厅,引导他们入座,并为他们提供菜单。
- Order Taking and Recommendations: Introduce menu items, answer customer inquiries, and offer recommendations based on customer preferences and tastes.
点菜和建议: 向顾客介绍菜单中的不同菜品,解答顾客对菜品的疑问,并根据顾客的口味和偏好提供建议。
- Order Processing: Accurately take customer orders and promptly relay them to the kitchen.
订单处理: 接受顾客的订单,确保订单的准确性,并将订单及时传递给厨房。
- Food Delivery: Serve prepared dishes to customers’ tables, ensuring food quality and presentation.
食物传递: 将准备好的食物送至顾客桌边,并确保食物的质量和完整性。
- Sales and Upselling: Proactively recommend signature dishes, beverages, and additional services to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
销售和推荐: 主动向顾客推荐特色菜品、酒水或其他额外服务,以提升销售额和顾客满意度。
- Daily Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in dining areas, ensuring tables, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and organised.

Requirements
• Proficiency in English is mandatory (non-negotiable).
• Please note that the work environment is non-halal.

Options / 概括:
6 days work week: 11am – 11pm (including weekends)

Break from 4pm - 6pm (meals provided)

Basic up to RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 (Full Time) / RM 11 - RM 13 per hour (Part Time)
